1. Education Majors

Recently, there has been a widespread shortage of early childhood educators in both urban and regional Australia. The National Skills Commission of Australia states that occupations related to early childhood education will remain in high demand in the foreseeable future. In fact, Australia’s demand for qualified early childhood educators is expected to grow to 30,000 over the next five years, bringing the total number of early childhood educators to more than 180,000 over the next five years.

Early childhood education has always been on the occupations list that is in short supply in Australia. The Australian society is in a state of short supply of early childhood education and various teacher occupations. In addition to the high starting salary, the most enviable thing for teachers in Australia is that they have four paid holidays, including 2 Long vacations and 2 short vacations. In terms of distribution, 98% of kindergarten teachers are women, and the average age is around 40 years old. In the next five years, the number of people in the early childhood education industry will continue to increase, and because of the strong government support, the unemployment rate will be low.

Australia’s population is growing and immigration is increasing, there are more and more kindergartens, so more and more early childhood education graduates will be needed. At the same time, just like in China, teachers always enjoy more vacations than other public officials, and many of them are paid vacations. Although it will be very hard to teach and take care of children, free time will be more abundant.

The starting salary of a community worker’s entry-level can almost reach an annual salary of nearly AUD 58,000, and the average annual salary can reach the level of AUD 66,000. 3. Laws Majors

Laws majors in Australia have always been popular for international students to study. There is a very sound legal system in Australia and lawyers-related talents have considerable salaries and high social status in the job market. Laws majors also have great immigration advantages. Universities like the University of Sydney, Monash University, and the University of Western Australia all offer excellent law courses.

Given that the vast majority of prime ministers in Australia’s history were from backgrounds of studying laws, the profession of “lawyer” seems too far and out of reach in the minds of many people. However, according to the recent career development of Chinese students who have applied to study laws in Australia, we find that the law profession is not as unrealistic as imagined.
