Due to the long-term failure of grades and attendance to meet the school’s requirements, it is possible to receive a warning letter from the school or a Show cause email asking you to provide a reasonable explanation for your own learning situation.
Universities will give students a certain amount of time (usually 1 to 2 weeks) to prepare personal statements and related explanatory materials. You may choose to attend or not attend a hearing arranged by the school. In the hearing, you can express your determination to study and your future study plan to the school, so as to strive for the school to let you continue to study.
There are usually 2 kinds of results:
* If you disagree with the result of expulsion, you can continue to seek an appeal inside or outside the school, so that the school can revoke the expulsion decision.
The situation varies from person to person, and some students may experience family changes, economic reasons, and lead to learning lag. It is also possible that they are suffering from a physical or mental illness that prevents them from taking care of their studies. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the problem in detail.
Generally speaking, as long as the first Show cause provides a reasonable explanation and future study plan, universities will give opportunities. For more information, please contact us.
