186 Employer Nomination Scheme Visa
This visa lets skilled workers, who are nominated by an employer, live and work in Australia permanently.
482 Temporary Skill Shortage Visa
This temporary visa lets an employer sponsor a suitably skilled worker to fill a position they can’t find a suitably skilled Australian to fill.
494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) Visa
This visa enables regional employers to address identified labour shortages within their region by sponsoring skilled workers where employers can’t source an appropriately skilled Australian worker
407 Training Visa
This visa allows you to take part in workplace-based occupational training activities to improve your skills for your job, area of tertiary study, field of expertise or in a professional development training program in Australia.

188A Business Innovation Stream

This provisional visa is for people with business skills. It lets you operate a new or existing business in Australia.

188B Investor Stream

 This provisional visa requires you to invest at least AUD2.5 million in Australian investments that meet certain requirements and maintain business or investment activity in Australia.

188C Significant Investor Stream

This provisional visa is for people who invest at least AUD5 million in Australian investments that meet certain requirements and maintain investment activity in Australia.

 

188E Entrepreneur Stream

For startup and early stage entrepreneurs who have been endorsed to develop their concepts and been nominated by a State or Territory government agency.

888A Business Innovation stream

This visa lets holders of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) in the Business Innovation stream or the Business Innovation Extension stream, or holders of a subclass 444 (Special Category) visa, or certain holders of a subclass 457 (Business (Long Stay) visa, stay permanently in Australia.

888B Investor stream

This visa lets you continue your investment activities in Australia permanently.

888C Significant Investor stream

This visa lets you continue your investment activities in Australia permanently.

888E Entrepreneur stream

This visa lets holders and, in some cases, people who have held a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) in the Entrepreneur stream, stay permanently.

870 Sponsored Parent (Temporary) Visa
This temporary visa lets a parent of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen visit Australia for up to 3 or 5 years.
143 Contributory Parent visa
This permanent visa lets a parent of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident of Australia or eligible New Zealand citizen move to Australia.
309/100 Partner visa (apply overseas)
Allows the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia.
820/801 Partner visa (apply in Australia)
Allows the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia.
103 Parent visa
This permanent visa lets a parent of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen move to Australia.
300 Prospective Marriage Visa
This visa lets you come to Australia to marry your prospective spouse and then apply for a Partner visa.
101 Child Visa
This visa lets a child outside Australia move to Australia to live with their parents.
102 Adoption visa
This visa lets children adopted outside Australia live in Australia with their adoptive parent.
445 Dependent Child Visa
This visa allows a child to stay in Australia temporarily while we process their parent’s permanent Partner visa application.
802 Child visa
This visa allows a child to stay in Australia permanently and live with their parents.

StartNT Program (MINT Program)
StartNT Program aims to attract Australian graduates with entrepreneurial plans to develop in the Northern Territory and provide Australian permanent residence visa applications.
Overseas applicant
The Migrant Innovation Northern Territory (MINT) program is an initiative owned and managed by Paspalis. The MINT program assists overseas nationals who have demonstrated their commitment to supporting the NT’s innovation ecosystem by investing in Paspalis Venture Capital Funds which provide an economic benefit to the Northern Territory innovation ecosystem. Paspalis Funds are member funds of the Australian Investment Council.

Skill Assessment is one of the essential sections of Australia’s skilled immigration process. Without skill assessments, there is no way to apply for a Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189), Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190), Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491), Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186), Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482), etc.
